The report states that Londyn was in the back seat of her mother s vehicle, not seat belted, at the time of impact. Their vehicle was struck by another that was street racing with a third vehicle. According to the report, the driver of that vehicle got out of the car and then got into the car he had been racing with and the two drove off and fled the scene.Because of the force of impact, Londyn was ejected from the vehicle and thrown 25 - 35 ft away from the car, the ME reports.
